**Your Opportunity**

This is a true business partnering role - as 2IC to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide an advisory and consultative role to the HR team and senior stakeholders, both internal and external.

This role combines a hands on approach when needed, into the detail, with opportunity for projects and strategic consultation.

A generalist role, you will manage the day to day as well as provide ongoing and continuous risk assessment from an industrial relations perspective. Additionally, you will be involved in detailed projects as well as assisting with policy development.

You will work with a warm and engaged team, and provide leadership and calm in a fast paced environment.

This is a 13 month parental leave contract initially, ideally with an immediate start, however as this organisation is in growth mode, there may be opportunity for the role to become permanent.

**Your Profile**

As an experienced Human Resources professional, you will have the experience and gravitas to hit the ground running. You enjoy an extremely busy, fast paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders.

You enjoy face to face interaction, and are driven by a true mix of process and people. Values based, you care deeply about integrity and community and are flexible enough to be hands on and in the detail.

You will need strong Excel skills for reporting purposes when partnering with your stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are essential, and the **ability to advise, influence and build and maintain outstanding relationships **will be key.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, paying $140,000 plus super level, with potential for permanency. **Immediate start required for a handover.**
