**Advisor - Leadership and Team Effectiveness**

**Salary range**:$110,266 to $122,058 plus superannuation
**Location**:McKell, Hybrid working options, work at home and from our state-of-the-art offices
**This position sits in the Leadership & Team Effectiveness practice within the P&C People, Innovation and Experience team.**

Do you want to make a difference in 2025 and join a team who are driven and passionate about developing leadership capability? We are looking for someone with exceptional project and coordination expertise to join our Leadership and Team Effectiveness Practice at DCS.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Leadership and Team Effectiveness, you will be responsible for the coordination, deployment and evaluation of leadership development programs and solutions.

You'll be passionate about driving outcomes, building relationships and seeing opportunities to improve the learner experience.
- Strong program and/or project management experience
- Experience with managing internal expenses and reconciling budgets
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience analysing and reporting on data to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and drive continuous improvement.
- Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice and guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholder expectations to ensure deliverables are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Achieving results through working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or business and/or equivalent experience.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

**What might your day involve?**
- Coordinating the planning and deployment of leadership development programs and solutions at scale across DCS.
- Engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Analysing evaluation data and drawing out insights to report back to key stakeholders, demonstrating return on investment.
- Setting up workshop rooms at our DCS offices, ensuring the facilitator has the materials and technology they need to deliver the program and greeting participants on arrival.
- Working cooperatively within a team, exchanging information and assisting other team members to deliver on objectives.
- Reconciling internal expenses and monitoring and reporting on program budgets.
- Providing reliable, timely and quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
