- Client liaison and account management ensuring high quality customer service
- Building and maintaining professional client relationships
- Building professional rapport and working relationships with casual employees
- Administration tasks as required

**To be considered for this position you will posses**:

- Proven experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment.
- A Solid understanding of the importance of a professional, yet personal approach to relationship management
- Impeccable customer service and relationship building skills.
- The ability to work well as part a small yet highly efficient team.
- Have your own transport.
