**About us**
**About the role**
We have an excellent opportunity for a bright and bubbly individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The successful person will be responsible for attending to calls, generating reports and assisting the General Manager with day-to-day operations of the business.
This is a permanent full-time role starting 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, with in house system training provided.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Greeting and attending to clients, visitors & phone calls
- Communicating between suppliers, customers & partners
- Running weekly reports
- General photocopying, filing & scanning for all departments
- Keeping all areas of office orderly and tidy (kitchen, boardroom & meeting rooms)
- Assists General Manager in other day-to-day tasks as required
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Skillful in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel - Non-Negotiable
- Presents well, has a positive attitude and a high degree of self-motivation.
