**About the Role/Duties**:
Reporting to the local Head of IT, the role will be accountable for:
Ensure Security controls are effectively operational;
First point of contact for IT Security Alerts;
Point of contact for audit and compliance activities;
Point of contact and facilitation of Local & Global SOC communication;
Review & recommend updates to security policies and standards;
Management of the IT Risk Register;
Coordination of regular Security Penetration & Vulnerability Testing;
Regular Security Reporting to IT Leadership Team;
Ensure any open security tasks are actioned by relevant team members; and

Reviewing system vulnerabilities and identifying deficiencies in system.

Skills & Experience

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated Cyber Security Analyst position;
Previous knowledge of IT Security Tools such as EDR, Firewalls, Network Access Control;
Experience in working with a managed a SOC and SIEM;
Ability to operate autonomously while effectively participate as a team member;
Report design creativity while meeting functional requirements;
Strong and creative problem solving and documentation skills; and

You will enjoy working in a diverse environment across multiple business systems and will enjoy developing in your role.
