**As the Operations Coordinator, you will**
- Play a crucial role in ensuring efficient job scheduling, maintaining effective communication with customers and clients, and providing support to the Estimating team.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive schedule for service technicians, ensuring all jobs are assigned based on availability, skills, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with service technicians to optimize job assignments, considering travel time, workload balance, and urgency.
- Regularly monitor the status of ongoing jobs, identify potential delays, and proactively address any scheduling conflicts.

Your responsibilities will contribute to the overall success of the operations, ensuring timely completion of projects and exceptional customer service.

This position allows for flexible starting hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Timely Job Scheduling for Service Technicians**:

- Create and maintain a comprehensive schedule for service technicians, ensuring all jobs are assigned based on availability, skills, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with service technicians to optimize job assignments, considering travel time, workload balance, and urgency.
- Regularly monitor the status of ongoing jobs, identify potential delays, and proactively address any scheduling conflicts.

**Liaison with Customers & Clients**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients regarding job progress and status updates.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide estimated arrival times, and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with service technicians to relay relevant information to customers, such as job completion updates or changes in scheduling.

Support Estimating Team and Project Administration:

- Assist the estimating team with system updates and project administration tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to gather necessary data and documentation for project proposals and cost estimates.
- Provide administrative support for project-related activities, including filing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining project databases.
