**Mission**:
Grow engagement with our broker members and distribution teams through 5-star marketing support. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this role is the first line of contact with our customers and is responsible for marketing project promotion, sales collateral creation, LinkedIn accounts, communications data integrity and supporting the team across key projects.

**The role**:
The PCF Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be the backbone of the expanding Plan, Choice Aggregation and Fast marketing team working closely with the Head of PCF Marketing and Communications and supporting the Marketing Manager and Communication Executive. You’ll have exposure to all aspects of the team

**Your ownership will include**:

- Broker engagement and service levels
- 5-star broker marketing and lender onboarding experience
- Social media management of PCF Group LinkedIn accounts
- Create monthly social plans
- Daily posting and scheduling
- Fortnightly engagement newsletter (content creation and building)
- Supporting on key adoption projects, creating marketing and sales collateral to sell our ‘add-on’ services suite
- Digital workplace evolution and content creation
- Marketing adoption training and content creation for marketing tools
- Communication platforms. You’ll be our HubSpot expert Owning the LMG communication platform organisation, templates and lists to ensure we communicate to the right segments every time.
- Support to push external messages through press releases
- PCF Group marketing reports

**Qualifications**
- Marketing or Communications degree equivalent

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 1-5 years agency or client-side
- Knowledge and expertise in executing communication campaigns across all mediums
- Social media experience (reporting and engagement)
- Digital marketing experience (SEO, PPC, Display and Retargeting)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
- Experience analysing data and results
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and understand their needs

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience within financial and or property sectors
- Experience working in a franchise business
