About the role
As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you'll lead Lifeblood’s marketing acquisition strategy, plan and delivery, ensuring all activity achieves targets and objectives.
Leading and inspiring a high performing team of marketing professionals and working collaboratively across marketing and the broader organisation, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to reach existing and new audiences, developing highly compelling campaign propositions, and delivering, measuring and optimising integrated marketing plans. You'll work with our Marketing Operations team and our media agency to ensure new donor targets are achieved, and that all paid media reporting provides clearly actionable insights to optimise campaign activity.

Formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
At least 5 years successful track record in leading a marketing and / or integrated communications team
Ability to be a key contributor in developing an annual marketing plan that delivers new donors across all Lifeblood products.
A mindset that is equal parts analytical and creative, fuelled by curiosity and focused on proactively digging into the detail to unlock new opportunities.
Experience in leading a team of highly experienced marketing professionals, managing workflows, maximising people’s potential and creating development opportunities.
A talent for stakeholder management, with proven abilities in leading cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally, that achieve excellent outcomes.
