- Issue purchase orders and manage order schedule
- Track orders throughout the purchasing process and help to address any delays
- Provide related database back up to the purchasing team as required (i.e. data input of stock receipts, price increase, stock transfer, discounts, special quotes and sales trends)
- Maintain and monitor quantities of inventory to ensure that shortages and stock outs are avoided
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and internal relevant departments
- Sourcing goods as needed

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (must be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Strong analytical skills and strong understanding of stock control
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Current NSW driving licence and own vehicle
