We have an exciting leadership opportunity available as Manager ICT Operations.

Reporting to the Head of Information Services and Data, you will play a key role in developing and rolling out an ICT Operations roadmap. This will define and work towards a future state in keeping with contemporary work practices and supporting the new Information Services and Data digital strategy. Simultaneously, continuing to support the existing environment with improved service levels. This, combined with cyber security management, will position the ICT Operations team to be a key business enabler.

Your focus will be to deliver a high level of availability of secure and robust ICT infrastructure platforms, services and endpoints, user satisfaction, effective issue resolution, and to plan for and transition technology and services in alignment with the digital strategy.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will work closely with third party vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and SLAs, while maintaining a solid grasp of the technical.
- You hold demonstrable experience with:

- physical, virtual and cloud ICT infrastructure, such as VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam, Azure, HP and Dell.
- network and telecommunication assets and services experience such as, Wi-Fi, fibre, Meraki, NBN, and VoIP telephony; and
- disaster recovery solutions and endpoint management, such as Intune and Samsung Knox.
- When it comes to supporting the organisation with secure infrastructure and end-point technology, it is your skills in understanding the role of technology in supporting business processes and user requirements that will lead to increased collaboration and ultimately, pragmatic solutions to move us further down the roadmap.
- Your project management skills, and solid understanding of the ITIL framework will be used regularly in improving our service levels to the organisation and the community.
- You will enjoy creating a new roadmap for the team, providing clear direction, leadership, and coaching with a view to delivering a high level of services.
