**Job Description**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team.

Based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, you will work with the world’s most reputable developers and Melbourne’s most sought after residential projects.

In this ‘hands on’ learning environment, you will work with our highly experienced Directors, who are true market leaders and well-respected in the property industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for projects;
- Manage and monitor marketing initatives including advertising and lead generation;
- Research, including market research, product research and pricing research;
- Coordinate and assist with events all over the world;
- Drive possible collaboration/brand partnerships;
- CRM oversight and day to day management;
- Social Media Management;
- Liaise and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including developers, architects, creative agencies, suppliers such as REA and Domain throughout the lifecycle of the project;
- Analyse and generate reports as required on marketing initatives; and
- Coordinate and assist with new business submissions and presentations.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

- Degree qualified, preferably in marketing, advertising, property or equivalent discipline;
- Ideally 1-2 years’ post graduate experience within a professional environment;
- Interested in pursuing a career in property marketing;
- Intermediate MS office and advanced computer skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills; and
- Proactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of initiative.

The successful applicant will be a flexible multi-tasker with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
