**Your New Role**
Welcome to the dynamic world of frank green where sustainability meets innovation As a Marketing Executive, you're not just part of a team; you're a key player in driving global marketing and brand initiatives for a company committed to eliminating single-use plastic. Collaborating directly with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, as well as an accomplished team spanning Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce, you'll be at the forefront of executing and supporting campaigns that align with brand and commercial objectives.

You won't just manage campaigns; you'll craft experiences that resonate with audiences worldwide. From influencer collaborations to paid media partnerships, your creative flair will be at the forefront of our mission.

**Day to Day**
- **Mastermind Campaigns**: Develop, manage, and execute amazing global marketing campaigns that leave a lasting mark on the world.
- **Influence the Influencers**: Dive into the world of influencers and content creators, forging partnerships that capture attention and drive engagement.
- **Calendar Commander**: Keep the Global Marketing Calendar and Channel Plan shipshape, ensuring the Marketing Team sails smoothly through every project.
- **KPI Whisperer**: Monitor key performance indicators, extracting insights and weaving post-campaign reports that guide the ship to success.
- **Brand Guardian**: Be the keeper of the brand flame, ensuring its brilliance across all marketing materials and collaborations.
- **Project Juggler**: Manage and optimise crucial processes, from campaign planning to team WIPs, all while keeping your eye on the prize.

**Your Skills**
- Highly motivated, self-starter with up to 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or fashion/beauty.
- Campaign management experience with a good understanding of social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing metrics and channels.
- Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Creative thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities where others see roadblocks.
- Passion for sustainability and staying ahead in the industry through constant competitor analysis, sustainability news, market insights, and consumer trends.
