Claims Assistant
- Sedgwick is now seeking a proactive, driven and experienced Claims Assistant to join our Parramatta team. This exciting career opportunity will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your high-level administration skills to progress your career at Sedgwick.
- What are my accountabilities?_- Setting up and managing claim files assisting our loss adjusting team-
- Manage customer and client enquiries and provide positive and effective solutions, including complex claim scenarios-
- Providing proactive administrative support to our loss adjustersLiaising with customer, clients and suppliers to enable to speedy resolution of claims-
- Assisting to manage inbound calls- About you_:
- Strong time management skills including the ability to multitask-
- Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment-
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office will be strongly considered-
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment (including account management) with the ability to undertake objection handling-
- Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a high performing team and culture- Caring Counts_
