Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and sales personnel regarding all matters related to claims.
- Assess and finalize pending claims and those that remain unpaid.
- Examine and approve the stipulations of any promotional deduction requests.
- Assist clients in understanding the procedures for submitting claims.
- Deliver comprehensive reconciliation calculations for any disputed invoices or partial rejections.
- Provide clients with essential payment information, including credit note numbers and rejection reconciliations.
- Ensure all claim inquiries and requests are handled in accordance with the company's claims manual, policies, and procedures.
- Address questions concerning the verification and processing of claims.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with clients.
- Capability to work independently.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
