We have an excellent availability for a self-motivated experienced Office administrator. The role of the Office administrator is to work to deliver quality administrative support primarily to the Group People and Culture Manager and CEO.
**So, what does this opportunity look like? Well for the most part you will be busy**:
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Manage HR systems and databases for the provision and management of HR transactions ensuring accuracy of records and information.
- Provide comprehensive administration and support to People and Culture team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Assisting with the implementation of our new Talent Management system.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
- Monitor and respond to shared mailboxes ensuring prompt responses and resolution of queries.
- Assisting with the onboarding/off-boarding of staff.
- Mail in and out
- Assisting with the administration of employee reward, recognition, and service award programs.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
**Skills, experience and other requirements**
- Professional appearance and friendly disposition
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an organized and efficient way
- Ability to maintain strict privacy and confidentiality.
- Calm approach and ability to manage multiple tasks, interruptions and changing priorities
- Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite and good analytical skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment.
- Demonstrable customer services skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to help and support with a sense of urgency, including the ability to prioritise.
- A strong administration and/or customer service background in a similar role of at least 3 years.
- Police check and evidence of covid vaccinations essential
