**Your Role and Responsibilities**
What if you could help transform ANZ’s technology and business landscape through your trusted advisor relationships, technical expertise in crafting best of breed solutions utilising the impressive IBM toolkit at your disposal along with contemporary approaches such as agile methodology and design thinking. Your consultative approach will help you uncover IBM (or our partners') clients technology priorities and greatest challenges, understand and influence where your client wants to go, map that to IBM solutions and services, then orchestrate resources within IBM/partner to bring those solutions and services to life.

As a strategic and systems thinker and an accomplished business influencer, you are well-versed in interpreting the client’s business requirements and translating those into enterprise technology architecture decisions.

You’re likely from a Software Solutions Architecture background, very comfortable acting as trusted technical advisor to IBM clients and partner eco-system. Working with our sales teams you will help set the most appropriate technical strategy, solution design and managing the technical solution.

**What skills and experience would we love you to have?**
- Strong Software Architecture Skills
- Sales/Pre-sales experience in hybrid cloud offerings
- Consultative selling skills - you’re happy to act as the technical SME in business discussions and can clearly articulate the business benefits of our solutions
- Ideally you have some skills in Data, AI, Automation or Security solutions
- Strong inter-personal, networking and relationship building skills for deep client relationships with key IT influencers
- Industry knowledge sufficient to translate the client strategy into IBM initiatives - in particular Financial Services industry knowledge will be highly regarded
- Understand how to lead, coordinate, and leverage technical resources - internal, partner and client - to achieve high quality outcomes
