We are now seeking an **experienced Treatment and Patient Coordinator** to join our team—a pivotal role that combines patient care with exceptional sales and communication skills.

**About the Role**

As a Treatment and Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey toward their dream smile. This is a role where your ability to connect with people, provide tailored solutions, and support patients throughout their treatment will make a meaningful impact.

You’ll also play a key role in fostering trust and ensuring patients feel informed, valued, and confident in their decisions. If you’re someone with a passion for people and a knack for organisation, this could be the perfect fit for you

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Sales Experience**: If you don’t have dental experience, a strong background in **sales (5+ years)** is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Exceptional Communication**: You have outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments in a way that’s clear and relatable.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: You are warm, empathetic, and focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.
- **Organizational Skills**: You can manage appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans with precision and efficiency.
- **Team Player**: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Consultations**: Guide patients through their treatment options with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- **Treatment Planning**: Coordinate and communicate treatment plans, ensuring patients feel informed and supported.
- **Sales and Conversions**: Utilise your sales expertise to help patients confidently choose the best solutions for their needs.
- **Scheduling and Follow-Ups**: Manage appointments and ensure seamless patient experiences from start to finish.
- **Support Team Excellence**: Work closely with our clinicians and administrative staff to maintain our high standard of care.
