We are seeking a **Junior Dental Receptionist** who lives and breathes these values and has a proven ability to bring out the best in every situation. You will be a “natural all-rounder” who is ideally available 2-3 days a week, with potential to increase hours over time. You should be available most Saturdays.

The Caddens Dental Bar is a modern practice with state-of-the-art technology. We are conveniently located at Caddens Corner shopping centre with ample free parking.

**About The Role**

Your role will involve:

- Greeting and welcoming patients to our practice
- Attending to front office reception duties
- Chairside assisting from time to time
- Maintaining patient records
- Sterilisation & maintaining effective infection control

We are a boutique practice offering a “spa-like” experience with a full range of general and cosmetic dentistry including oral surgery, crown and bridge, veneers, endodontics and restorative dentistry.

**About You**
- At least 1 year reception or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and presentable with a professional but fun manner
- A positive work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Natural “all-rounder” skills and an ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
- Team player and able to work in a high-paced environment
- A passion for building a positive and rewarding workplace
- Looking to pursue a career in a relevant health industry

**Salary**: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
