**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Project Manager, this is a key role which will see you collating all project information, with responsibilities including;
- Planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel
- Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation
- Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Programming and scheduling works
- Preparing RFI’s and Quantity take-offs
- Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
- Pricing variations
- Managing computer systems to ensure compliance
With so much work in the pipeline, this is an ongoing career role offering support and encouragement to advancement towards a Project Manager role in the future.
**ABOUT YOU**
As well as post grad experience in similar role within the building and construction industry, you will have;
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Civil Engineering or similar discipline
- The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- An understanding of the bigger picture and ability to self-manage own workload while working well in a team
- Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
