**The Company**

A long standing, award winning and well renowned agency are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their successful team. You will work as part of a close-knit and fun team that loves what they do with access to top-of-the-range systems.

**The Role**

As Office Admin you will be the face and voice of the company, offering support and assistance to the Property Management and Sales team as well as providing an exceptional client and customer experience.

**The Duties**
- Office management
- Be the face and voice of the business - Greeting walk-ins and clients
- Management of social media accounts
- Liaising with all clients and vendors to ensure a smooth operation
- General reception duties - call answering and routing
- Marketing & Sales support
- Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
- Ensuring office supplies are well stocked

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Outstanding organisational skills and time management
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Neat & tidy presentation
- Cert IV in Real Estate - Advantageous, not essential
