**The Role**

Community Solutions are currently seeking individuals who share our company values and have a passion to enter the Business Industry. Based in Cannon Hill, this 12-month Business Traineeship will be with the Property Development & Leasing team, delivering efficient administration to support project work across the Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions Group portfolio in new build, renovation, and lease projects.

**Typical Duties**:

- Liaising with new vendors an manage adding of new vendors to the finance system
- Request quotes from pre-approved vendors
- Track & Raise purchase orders
- Maintaining data such as lists of key contacts
- Support and prepare routine reporting
- Managing the filing and recording of documentation on shared network drives
- Scan and input data into relevant folders or systems

**The Team**

The trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation. An organisation where people are working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.

With over 5,000 staff operating over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland and New South Wales and Victoria, the Endeavour Foundation offers choice, opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home, work, learning and community participation.

This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business.

**What will you bring to the role?**

Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for:

- An aspiration to work in an office environment & be an administration superstar
- An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well
- A confident, friendly nature - you’ll enjoy talking to people and be a great communicator
- Intermediate/strong level of experience with Microsoft office suite
- A good aptitude with numbers/finance
- Ability to work Monday to Friday full time
- Pass a Police Check and willing to gain a Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening
- Provide two references
