**About the role**

The role provides high-quality administrative services to support the effective and efficient operation of the business unit.
- Provide a range of administrative and support services.
- Respond to enquiries and escalate and redirect issues as required.
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**

You are organised and natural multitasker and a someone who can improve methods efficiencies whilst respecting protocols and established processes. Your juggling skills are impressive, and you are able to prioritise a large volume of work and meet deadlines.
