Nurse Unit Manager

A fantastic opportunity to further develop and grow your career in a leadership position exists and will see you joining the new stand-alone Addictions Service as a Nurse Unit Manager at a private Mental Health Clinic in Melbourne. It is a permanent part-time position.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Nurse Unit Manager:
- You will manage a highly experienced team of specialist nurses and allied health professionals in providing detox management and therapeutic interventions within the addictions specialty;
- You will be integral to steering the strategic direction of the wider Clinic and provide peer support within the management team;
- Your experience will allow you to grow and develop your team and support their professional development along with your own;
- You will be involved in all aspects of managing the HR and recruitment of the team and work closely with the doctors and other medical specialists;
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Relevant qualifications;
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience;
- Previous experience in a psychiatric setting is essential for this role;
- Post-graduate studies in management qualifications will be highly regarded;
- Experience in management (desirable);
