**About our Finance Graduate Program**:
Across our 18-month structured graduate program you will develop your skills and knowledge through training, networking, coaching and on-the-job training. During your rotations through corporate finance, divisional finance and taxation; you will gain a strong understanding of our diverse businesses and finance functions.
Your future as a leader begins with the opportunity to attend the Principles of Leadership training course which is the first stage of our tailored leadership program for developing staff interested in advancing into leadership roles.
**To be considered for this position you will**:
- Have (or be about to achieve) a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Taxation or similar discipline

- Have the ability to collaborate in a team environment
**Tasks involved in your duties throughout the program will include**:
- Assisting and preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting in the preparation of month-end related tasks
- Assisting and preparing notes for the financial statements
- Attending monthly project cost review meetings
- Direct and indirect taxation compliance
- Employment tax compliance
- Tax effect accounting
