We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated **ICT Account Manager** to join our team. As an ICT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their ICT needs are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of clients and building strong relationships with them
- Developing and implementing account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Providing expert advice on ICT solutions to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborating with the technical team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction levels
- Identifying new business opportunities and upselling services to existing clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an ICT Account Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ICT solutions and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-driven mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
