**Key Responsibilities**:
A Concierge is required to greet customers and make them feel welcome. The role includes offering refreshments and ensuring they are introduced to a consultant that will take them through the ultimate Bathroom Happiness experience.

- An ability to assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations
