**Your Role: ServiceNow Application Administrator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal health, compliance, and performance.
- Configure and test new features, components, and integrations, driving measurable improvements.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and implement process automation and system enhancements.
- Manage platform upgrades, SLA maintenance, and associated workflows.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to users while addressing technical issues proactively.
- Ensure continuity of service, adhering to ITIL best practices and established change management processes.
**Your Skills**:
- Australian Citizen with a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience administering ServiceNow ITSM & IRM modules.
- ITIL-certified with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Current Drivers licence to facilitate inter-site travel
- Australian Defence Security clearance (Baseline).
