**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a
**Senior Creative Brand Strategist,** you will be responsible for developing and executing brand and creative strategies that drive business results for these brands. You will work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative and effective strategies.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute brand strategies that meet business objectives.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, positioning yourself as the trusted go-to person for brand strategy.
- Play a key role in new business development, working closely with our business development team to develop proposals and pitches.
- Write creative briefs that inspire award-winning creative work.
- Design, create, and run workshops with C-level executives that span brand and business.
- Lead and shape end-to-end campaigns from brief writing, communications frameworks, phasing, the role of channels and critical messaging.
- Develop a deep appreciation and understanding of brand thinking and experience design to create powerful brand experiences.
- Identify and execute different research methodologies required to unlock a problem.
- Work closely with the Brand Strategy Director to help build the agency's strategy offering.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least five years of experience in brand strategy, with a strong track record of delivering results for clients
- A strong understanding of brand strategy and how it can be applied to a wide range of industries
- Experience leading client meetings and presentations, with the ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly
- Excellent writing and creative brief development skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-discipline teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, business)
