**Salary $62,657.40 - $72,683.00 plus 11% Superannuation**

Work as part of a multi skilled team to support the delivery of revenue related services for Wingecarribee Shire Council, located in the beautiful Southern Highlands. Council is working to build a bright future - be part of our journey.

**About the Role**

The Revenue Officer provides considered advice and assistance to the team and Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring that a high standard of service is provided to internal and external customers /stakeholders and that they contribute to the requirements of the team.

***Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrated work experience in a finance working environment, with a good understanding of the sundry debtors and debt recovery functions.
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation and review of financial reconciliations.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of spreadsheets and financial software.
- Demonstrated experience at an intermediate level with the Microsoft suite (Excel and Word).
- Excellent customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently and to deadlines.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence (Class C)

**Desirable Criteria**
- Knowledge of Council’s Financial Software - Finance One and Property & Rating
- Local Government Experience
- Certificate III in Accounts Administration (or equivalent)
