**Community Team Leader - Coworking Provider**

**About The Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our Community Team at our amazing location at 100 Walker Street in North Sydney As our _Community Team Leader_, you will be an integral part of the team and be supported and guided by our Community Team and Leasing Manager. Your main duties throughout the day will be manning the front desk to welcome our members on arrival, phone answering, team management, dealing with the day-to-day needs of our members, property issues, event planning, providing assistance with enquiries as well as client enquiries and people who are visiting the spaces. We are committed to a very high standard of presentation and delivering an exceptional level of service to all our current and future members. Our team will train and support you to ensure our members have the best experience every single day.

**A Typical Day**
- Open our reception in readiness for the day's business
- Attend to incoming phone calls on behalf of our members and for Christie Spaces enquiries
- Meet and greet visitors and welcome potential office space enquiries who are here to tour the space with our Leasing Manager
- Assisting members to access community and building services and handle enquiries
- Community event planning on small and large scales
- Mail sorting, delivering and forwarding
- Ordering keys and passes for members as we prepare to assist move-ins
- Assisting the team to develop connections between members, including member introductions and event support
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials or property-related memos to members
- Helping set up small weekly member events
- Administration tasks such as maintaining stationary, tidying copier areas, utility areas, meeting rooms and common area kitchens throughout the property
- Helping to maintain our superb building presentation and reporting maintenance issues immediately using our Christie Spaces Help Desk
- Be familiar with our services and our language and be able to answer member and visitor questions and refer to additional resources such as the Christie Spaces App - training will be provided

- Has one to two years of customer service experience from either reception/office administration, retail or hospitality environments (or perhaps you currently work within a flexible or co-working office space provider)
