You’ll have
- 5+ years’ experience in regulatory, safety or compliance roles
- Tertiary qualifications in aviation, safety management or a relevant discipline are desirable
- Lead Auditor qualification desirable
- Demonstrated ability to be able to work with regulatory and industry bodies, understand requirements and effectively translate those into operational policies and procedures
- Ability to overlay regulatory and industry requirements with a commercial lens to ensure an optimal outcome
- Ability to successfully work in a team environment as an individual who demonstrates flexibility, self-motivation, enthusiasm and sound judgement
- Superior time management and organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple complex tasks concurrently and deliver quality output
- Detailed knowledge of airline freight operations (warehouse, ramp and aircraft) is highly desirable
