**The Role**:
The role is responsible for assisting the Registrar-General with Cabinet Submissions and Parliamentary Briefings regarding fees and charges, legislative reforms, electronic conveyancing, and associated areas. As well as assisting with reviewing, updating, and managing associated statutory instruments, notices and responding to Ministerial enquiries.

The role contributes to the development, implementation and review of policy and legislation that affects lands transactions and conveyancing requirements.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:

- Comprehensive understanding of project management to assist projects with resourcing requirements.
- Experience in writing policies, Ministerials, briefings and Cabinet documents.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, succinctly, and accurately, in writing and verbally, in a professional and tactful manner including successfully negotiate and resolve conflict with staff and stakeholders.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 - $84,522 min - $94,003 max
