This Receptionist/Administration Assistant _role is a permanent full-time position based in the Sydney Office working 9am to 5pm each day. This role has some hybrid working, WFH 1 day a week.- Key duties & responsibilities: _
- _Perform duties of receptionist and front desk operation. _
- _Co-ordinate meetings and receive visitors. _
- _Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail. _
- _Maintain APRA inbox. _
- _Supporting building management and office management across all APRA AMCOS offices across Australia. _
- _Managing the Administration’s workflow via APRA’s internal ticketing system (JIRA Kanban Board). _
- _Onboarding and offboarding of staff in relation to dispatching and returning computer equipment. _
- _Assist with APRA AMCOS’ work, health and safety responsibilities for the office working environments including but not limited to being a dedicated Fire Warden and First Aid Officer. _
- _Liaise with third party service providers and contractors as required. _
- _Maintain stationery stock levels, placing orders with suppliers as required. _
- _Maintain kitchen consumables stock, placing orders with suppliers as required.- To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- _Previous reception or customer service experience _
- _Previous experience in general office administration _
- _A intermediate working level of the Microsoft Office suite _
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills _
- _Strong organisational and time management skills
