- This _Receptionist/Administration Assistant _role is a permanent full time position based in the Sydney Office working 8.30am to 4.30pm each day with hybrid working - 1 day WFH each week.- Key duties & responsibilities:_
- _Perform general administration duties, and as otherwise directed_
- _Perform duties of receptionist and switchboard operator and front desk operation_
- _Assist with APRA AMCOS’ work, health and safety responsibilities for the office working environments including but not limited to being a dedicated Fire Warden & First Aid Officer._
- _Managing the Administration’s workflow via APRA’s internal ticketing system (JIRA Kanban Board)_
- _Liaise with third party service providers as required_
- _Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail_
- _Co-ordinate meetings and receive visitors_
- _Maintain stationery stock levels, placing orders with suppliers as required_
- _Maintain kitchen consumables stock levels (tea, coffee, milk, cleaning products), placing orders with suppliers as required_
- _Assist Finance and Administration Division when requested- To be successful in this role you will possess the following:_
- _Previous reception or customer service experience_
- _Previous experience in general office administration_
- _A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite_
