We are now seeking Graduates in the following locations to support our **Industrial and Energy** **Business (some positions would require regional and interstate travel)**:
**Townsville, Gladstone, Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne, and Perth**

**Available positions, but not limited to**:

- Mechanical Engineer Graduates
- Electrical Engineer Graduates
- Project Engineer Graduates
- Civil Engineer Graduates
- Mechatronics Graduates
- Safety/Zero Harm Graduates
- Law/Legal Graduates
- Human Resources/People and Culture Graduates
- Finance Graduates
- Or other relevant engineering and science disciplines

Over a two (2) year period, graduates in Downer’s Industrial and Energy business will have the opportunity to internally rotate and be part of a diverse and complex business. We are committed to building strong relationships with our customers **and our people**.

Your development pathway will consist of:

- on the job experience through engaging and immersive rotations with operational project teams;
- core development training workshops and education programs; and
- networking and one-on-one mentoring.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A recent graduate (within last 3 years) or graduating this year.
- Some relevant industry, internship or business administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A flair for learning, being challenged and continuous improvement.

We seek a graduate that is ambitious, driven, flexible, innovative team player and are customer focused. You will have a true passion in your chosen field and a desire to contribute and succeed in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic business.

The Industrial and Energy business supports customers with long term, relationship-based contracts where we seek to help our customers optimise the reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and whole-of-life performance of their assets. Our key capabilities cover a full range of services including maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, and outage delivery, sustaining capital programs, project development and commissioning services.
