**Your new role**
- Collaborate with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners to coordinate and manage end-to-end solutions for Key Customers in the export process.
- Efficiently handle bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, and job invoicing for export shipments.
- Ensure consistent Customer satisfaction by providing effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, addressing issues, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Co-ordinate and arrange Export Sea & Air Freight, ensuring smooth and timely transportation of goods.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize export operations and maintain a seamless supply chain process.
- Strong Export Freight Forwarder experience in both Sea and Air, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Formal education or qualifications in supply chain management will be highly valued for this role.
- Displaying a positive and proactive "can-do" mindset, accompanied by a firm commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end export operations services effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrating a high level of precision and remarkable organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively and meet demanding timelines.
- Exhibiting the ability to perform effectively under pressure and remain composed during time-sensitive scenarios.
- Keen attention to detail, coupled with proficient problem-solving skills to overcome challenges effectively.
