**About the role**

The Delivery People team aims to make Uber Eats the best platform for earners, deliver sustainable growth and minimize business risks associated with earner compliance and quality.

This role will be focused on delivery people growth and sustainability, and will be responsible for driving the growth of delivery people on the platform. You will work on strategic projects that contribute to a seamless onboarding experience for delivery people on the platform, ensure optimum supply is available to meet demand and help meet Uber's sustainability goals.

**Your Impact in Role**
- Be an integral part of the delivery people operations team in Australia and New Zealand, gathering and analyzing data to identify delivery people's onboarding experience issues, and crafting actionable solutions to address them.
- Operationalize Uber's emissions reduction strategy while ensuring alignment with Uber's long-term sustainability goals, backed by compelling business cases and project management expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including legal, comms, product, engineering, ops, safety), ensure compliance and safety requirements are met by new delivery people on the platform, and support global product changes and roll-outs for delivery people onboarding.
- Take ownership of programs, processes, and pilots to enhance new delivery people's experience while also being flexible and agile to pick up and execute on new and upcoming business priorities in the delivery people operations space.

**The Experience You'll Bring**
- **Consistent track record of solving complex problems **, which you will have built by leading projects with a large set of stakeholders and designing and optimisation of processes in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. (i.e. management consulting, investment banking, operations / compliance / risk management experience in hyper growth companies)
- **Strong analytical capabilities and data acumen **. You are a natural at sourcing qualitative and quantitative data to help define problems and solutions clearly. You are at ease working in Excel/Sheets and might even have experience querying for data using SQL.
- **Strong implementation skills and attention to detail. **You are equally at home implementing ideas as you are at developing them. You go to extensive lengths to make sure things do not fall through the cracks. You have a habit of double checking and documenting your work.
- **Strong verbal and written communication **. You can craft a compelling business case, and pitch it to senior business leaders, confidently telling a data backed story that helps secure buy in.
