An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced System Technician to join an innovative car parking solutions and service provider within the Car Park Technology industry in Australia.

Within this role the Technician will be assigned jobs to remotely diagnose and debug software issues, install carparking equipment onsite, provide maintenance or repairs to equipment as well as to identify and resolve any technical issues affecting any equipment on customer sites. This is remote role that involves a mixture of work-from-home and site visits as required.

**Your new role**
- Remote testing and debugging of technical/software issues to various QLD parking client sites
- Testing of equipment, including the safe disconnection and reconnection of equipment and electrical and general wiring
- Ordering of new equipment and provide hardware updates
- Provide customers with on-going technical support and updates on status of jobs
- Provide training to customers in the correct use of Company products
- Conduct OHS audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure a safe work environment
- Travel to various clients sites as needed

**The skills/qualifiations you need**
- Tech savvy with confidence in identifying technical issues via software diagnotics tools
- An apitiude for mechanical repairs or desire to learn and conduct hands on repairs as required
- Appreciation of electrical safety and safe shut down protocols
- Experience in a handling complex technical issues
- Testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of system design including networks and hardware configurations
- Excellent communication skills
- Electrical equipment installation and maintenance experience (desirable)
- Technical qualification including Mechanical/electrical engineering (desirable)
- SQL skills (desirable)
- Valid QLD driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
