**Your New Role**

As an innovative and transformational academic leader, this mission critical role will see you drive excellence in learning and teaching performance, playing a key role in uplifting the College’s pedagogical capability and enhancing student outcomes.

Working closely with the Executive Dean and the College Leadership Team, you will foster a collaborative culture where staff are committed to the continuous improvement of a high quality and distinctive student experience.

Working across the University and the College’s five diverse Schools, you will develop and implement outcomes in all aspects of the Learning and Teaching portfolio. To foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, your demonstrated ability to assemble, support, and lead cross-disciplinary teams and identify emerging talent will be highly regarded. As an engaging thought leader, your demonstrated experience of placing people at the center will include enhancing staff capability and enabling them to reach their full potential.

**What’s on Offer**

On offer is a 5-year role as the Associate Dean Learning & Teaching Performance, underpinned by a continuing substantive role in a relevant discipline within CALE. This role is available at either Academic Level D or E and will be based in Hobart or Launceston.

Remuneration at Academic Level D will include a base salary between $152,077 - $164,905, plus 17% superannuation. Remuneration at Academic Level E will include a base salary between $188,051 - $191,812, plus 17% superannuation. An appropriate loading may be negotiated.

Relocation assistance will be considered for this role, with the addition of staff benefits and discounts for health, fitness, accommodation and banking.
