Salvos Stores has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist. Provide support to the Customer Experience Manager in the implementation of brand engagement and CX improvement initiatives, to ensure a consistent brand experience at all customer touchpoints.

Role Responsibilities:

- Source and analyse market/customer research, customer/donor feedback, internal observations and other qualitative and quantitative data to identify actionable insights to improve customer and donor experience.
- Maintain customer and donor journey maps, prioritising initiatives that address roadblocks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a log of potential customer experience improvement initiatives and collaborate cross functionally to turn these opportunities into an actionable roadmap.
- Report & share findings to key internal stakeholders about successful customer experience improvements, demonstrating the measure of the impact made.
- Collabrate with the Customer Campaigns partner to ensure that Customer Experience initatives are aligned with marketing campaings.
- Liase and work with external project partners and suppliers with in-store brand implementation and transition according to store guidelines across Salvos Stores national store network.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of the retail industry.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
