My client is a boutique Advisory Accounting firm based in Milsons Point on the North Shore of Sydney. This dynamic business requires an organised and business savvy, Receptionist to assist with the smooth running of daily tasks in the office.

**What do we need?**
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Confident personality with a can-do attitude
- 2+ years’ experience in reception / administration. (Will also consider an amazing individual that is starting their career)
- Strong interpersonal and administration skills
- A positive can do attitude and solution-oriented approach
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexible to change
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Motivated and proactive
**The Role**
- Business support and assistance to the Accounting and Admin team, transferring calls where necessary
- Preparation of ATO correspondence through ATO Smart Docs
- Lodgement of income tax returns
- Organising any changes of company details, ASIC Company Statements
- Preparation of documents required for superannuation funds
- Management of internal client database
- General office and admin duties
- Coordinating office supplies, maintenance and management
- Acting as a main point of contact and face of the company
- Organising meeting room bookings and calendars
- Providing PA support to the 3 Directors when required
**Please note this role is 100% working at the office.**
