**What you’ll be doing**
- Identify and assess future and current training needs
- Engage with key stakeholders across different business units to support their functions
- Plan, design, develop, organize, write, and edit instructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules.
- Maintain awareness of training delivery calendar by developing classroom agendas, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to end users.
- Work with customer on instructional design and content authoring approaches for training development
- Create and implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge and learning principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniques
- Develop course objectives and design plan based on assessment results
- Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures including Knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests
- Participate in content review, revision and sign off cycles
- Conduct the Train-The-Trainer sessions and full scale training delivery in subsequent phases of the project
- Create and manage the development and execution of the core elements of the change initiatives, including but not limited to stakeholder engagement plan/strategy, Communications strategy/plan, Training strategy/plan.
- Support execution of change campaigns aligned with overall change strategy and approach.
- Perform other duties as required

What will make you successful in this role?
- Degree in Instructional design, Education, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong ERP training skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferably demonstrated training plans and good working knowledge of ERP's like SAP, TechnologyOne etc
