**About the Team**
The Intelligence & Analytics Branch is at the forefront of managing and optimising data and information relevant to integrity. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of integrity across all aspects of our operations, including analytics, reporting, and response to integrity concerns.

**About the Role**
As the EL1 Assistant Director Integrity Reporting, you will play a crucial role in leading our team towards achieving quality outcomes in integrity reporting. This position involves overseeing a wide range of activities, providing leadership, planning, and decision-making support. You will have the opportunity to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally, representing the interests of our organisation across various forums.
- Design and implement an integrity performance reporting framework, including monitoring, and reporting to support divisional objectives.
- Develop reporting collateral such as templates, dashboards, and updates incorporating data from diverse sources.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify actionable insights and emerging trends, utilising analytical and statistical techniques.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a benefit measurement framework to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on integrity.
- Prepare briefs and reports based on evidence-based analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**
To thrive in this role, you need:

- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing reporting frameworks, preferably in a government or regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing relationships with contractors and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
- Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
- Must be an **Australian Citizen.
