Want to work for a vibrant and fun Children’s Entertainment Company? Bop till you Drop have been operating for over 20 years. We run various events including birthday parties, school discos, school holiday programs and children’s stage shows. We are passionate about increasing children’s self-esteem through music and dance, by creating events that increase their self-confidence.

**PART TIME POSITION (20 hours per week)**:
Days: Flexibility offered for the right person.
Location Office: Chelsea VIC, eventually offering partial work from home role.

This role is suitable for someone with at least 2-3 years administration and customer service experience. Looking for someone who can work efficiently and in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, who is supportive and has initiative in finding solutions.

**Skills you need**:

- Good computer skills in Outlook and Microsoft word and excel.
- Friendly phone manner, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely methodical and organised.
- Able to follow instructions and business processes.
- Sales experience.
- Work well under pressure and completes all set tasks.
- Wordpress and Mailchimp and Eventbrite knowledge is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: $21.66 - $26.00 per hour
