Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the window and door industry.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Experience in generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of uPVC window and door industry and its products and services would be a great advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Represent the company's product marketing strategy.
• Designs and implements marketing campaigns.
• Monitors sales activities to meet sales objectives.
• Achieves sales goals throughout various stages.
• Assists customers with inquiries and solution selection.
• Coordinates project progress and communicates with customers.
• constant exchange with the managing director on an operational and strategic levels
• Hands over confirmed projects to the project team.
• Ensures follow-up on post-project customer service.
