As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and evaluating the ongoing management of the business’ enterprise risk management framework. You will work closely with management and key stakeholders to proactively build and foster a risk aware culture. Day-to-day activities will include:

- Developing and implementing the risk management framework.
- Leading the project to transition management of organisational, strategic and information security risks into a risk management platform.
- Managing and conducting risk assessments and identifying potential risk and vulnerabilities.
- Collecting and analysing data, identify trends on all aspects of risk across the organisation and providing insightful reporting for executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
- Providing guidance and expertise to procurement and project activities.

**About You**

As someone who has knowledge and experience in risk management, you will also be a highly motivated and detail orientated professional. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

- Strong knowledge of operational enterprise risk management.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to make sound judgements, based on thorough monitoring and analysis, problem-solving, innovation and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to lead, influence and empower stakeholders in conveying critical risk initiatives.

A Tertiary qualification in Risk Management or related field is highly desirable.

**For this role you will need to**:

- Complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
