Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Team Leader of the Outpatient Support Unit will be coordinating the delivery of timely and professional outpatient support functions for all hospital Paediatric Outpatient Departments (PODs) ensuring patient and family-centred care exists in all duties performed. You will also oversee the coordination and management of ongoing audit, review and maintenance of the CHQ outpatient waiting lists to support effective and on-time clinical service delivery and ensuring improved own-source-revenue opportunities are improved through support functions while providing leadership and mentorship to a team of administrative staff from varying support roles, whilst fostering an environment of creativity, innovation and encouraging process improvement.
