The Position:

On a day-to-day basis, this role will see you completing administration, marketing, and handling a busy workload for a small team of Agents:

  • Preparing and processing Contracts
  • Preparing listing kits/ presentations
  • Uploading properties to the internet / some ad writing
  • Scheduling OFI times
  • Booking print media advertising
  • Compiling marketing material and brochures
  • Social media management
  • Appraisal letters
  • Auction and Open Home preparation
  • Maintaining the database
