**The Role**
We have an opportunity to join our Risk, Governance and Legal function as a Personal Assistant.
In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that the General Manager, Compliance, General Manager, Risk and General Counsel & General Manager, Regulatory are fully supported, by undertaking a wide range of administrative and organisational duties including diary management, business coordination, communications, expense control, key internal and external stakeholder management and other day to day administrative tasks associated with the overall performance of these business units.
**About You**
You are a dedicated professional with demonstrated experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to interact, engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders. You will also have:
- The ability to juggle and prioritise tasks from the General Managers and proactively communicate expectations with them.
- Communicates with confidence, both written and oral, with good typing skills.
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative role in a large organisation requiring tact, judgement, and discretion.
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft suite especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to take ownership of any task/issue to completion.
- You embrace change and adapt to suit the team and situation.
- You are curious, you challenge others and are always looking to improve ways of working.
