**Job Title**: Streams Lead (Gaming-Hospitality-Loyalty)

**Location**: Philippines or Melbourne

**Job Summary**:
As a Streams Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating strategic initiatives in the gaming, hospitality, and loyalty sectors. Your role involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies to optimize business performance, enhance customer experience, and drive growth in these areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of these streams within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for gaming, hospitality, and loyalty streams, aligning with the organization's overall objectives.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to drive improvements in these sectors.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- **Customer Experience Enhancement**:

- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experiences in gaming, hospitality, and loyalty programs.
- Implement initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams responsible for each stream.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for team members.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment with stream objectives.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership.
- **Innovation and Growth**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Drive the development of new services or offerings within the gaming, hospitality, and loyalty streams.
- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of these streams, ensuring cost-effectiveness and revenue generation.
- **Risk Management**:

- Assess and mitigate risks associated with these streams.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in leadership roles related to gaming, hospitality, and loyalty.
- Strong understanding of the gaming, hospitality, and loyalty industries.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving customer preferences.
